→ Learn Vectiform — ten short guides from first tray photo to settled statements, with progress tracking.

Get your inventory in (10 minutes)

• Open the first-scan wizard — photograph one bead tray with your phone.
• The AI names each bead in your vocabulary. Review, correct anything, approve — every correction teaches it.
• Your approved beads appear in My Inventory and your public Studio feed instantly.

Sell with it

• Live Mode (/live) — a presenter screen for TikTok/IG lives: instant search, spotlight, QR to your customizer.
• 3D Customizer (/ibe) — customers design a piece from your real in-stock beads; designs land in Messaging.
• Embed — one script tag puts the customizer on your own website.

Partners & consignment

• Create a partner in Dashboard → Partner Portal; they get a private link to sign, track shipments, and record sales.
• Settlements always use that partner's agreed share and write a permanent receipt. Statements, packing slips, and welcome packets print from the partner's Manage view.

Money & safety defaults

• Nothing emails your partners until you enable sending; until then you get copy-ready drafts.
• Shipping labels can't be bought without your Shippo key and your buy PIN.
• Cancel anytime in Payments — access runs to the end of the paid period.

Your data

• One-click export of everything you own: Dashboard → Payments → Export my data (JSON).
• Nightly platform backups; your brand voice and bead names are never shared with other studios unless you opt in.
