What we collect

Account: studio name, email, hashed credentials.
Your content: bead photos, catalog data, partner records you enter, designs your customers submit.
Usage events: feature-level analytics (e.g. a search happened) scoped to your studio — no cross-site tracking, no ad pixels, no sale of data. Ever.

Where it lives

Cloudflare's network (Workers, D1, R2). Payment details go straight to Stripe — we never see card numbers. Shipping labels are bought against your own Shippo account.

AI processing

Bead photos are processed by AI vision models (Cloudflare Workers AI and Anthropic Claude) solely to identify your inventory. Your corrections train your studio's recognition only, unless you leave the anonymous cross-studio learning option on — which shares dimension facts (materials, colors), never names or brand voice.

Partners' data

Partner names, addresses, and sale records you enter are processed to run your partner program (portals, labels, statements) and shown only to you and that partner.

Retention & deletion

Live data persists while your account is active. Backups roll over every 30 days. Ask for deletion (or export first) anytime: support@adornbyan.com.
