Terms of Service

Effective July 12, 2026

The service

Vectiform is inventory, storefront, and partner-management software for bead and jewelry studios, provided as-is on a subscription basis. Your studio's catalog, designs, partner records, and brand configuration belong to you.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your API key, session, and buy PIN confidential.
• You must have the right to sell what you list and to the images you upload.
• One studio per tenant; team seats are for your own staff.

Billing

• Plans bill monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Metered limits (e.g. scans) reset monthly.
• Fees for payment processing (Stripe) and shipping (your Shippo account) are between you and those providers.

Acceptable use

No unlawful goods, no abuse of the AI endpoints, no attempting to access another studio's data. We may suspend accounts that put other tenants at risk.

Your data

• Export everything at any time from your dashboard. On account deletion we remove your data from the live database; rolling backups age out within 30 days.
• Cross-studio learning is opt-out-able and never shares your bead names or brand voice.

AI results

Bead identification and generated copy are assistive, not guaranteed accurate — you approve everything before it's used.

Liability

The service is provided without warranty; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.

Changes

We'll notify account emails of material changes to these terms.
